Role Model – Miss Tien Miss. Tien,

the founder of “Our Village School” is an extraordinary woman with courage, who has ceaselessly pursued her dreams and goals, defied societal norms and challenged the prevailing notion that “girls should stay home.” She dedicated herself to reshaping the lives of underprivileged kids and redefining what it means to be a woman of influence, resilience, and empowerment. With support from USAID, Pact’s WE Act project work closely with the Women Resource Center to support hundreds of women like Tien to improve their business skills and to promote participation in women’s support groups and business networks in Siem Reap. KYA – Youth Reporter

“Youth Report” was initiated by Khmer Youth Association (KYA) with Support from USAID through Pact’s WE Act project with a notion of empowering active youth engagement with local authorities to address community issues and promote inclusive and sustainable development.

Empowering and promoting active youth participation is the primary mission of WE Act project and partners.
