Note: This is youth program which is “Lead by Youth, For Youth” is a mini project that was initiated by youth under WE Act Cambodia. It is a 6months project with initiative platforms as a space and opportunities for youth to share and raise concerning issues relevant to inequality and lack of  that consists of Debate, YA on tour and Social Media platform. The project targets youth between age 18 to 30 from diverse universities and high schools. However, this concept note will only focus on debate which conducts in order to share youth and provide youth with space to discuss and raise issues and solutions to concerning problems.
