CONSULTANT SOLICITATION
Women Entrepreneurs Act (WE Act) Project
At the heart of Pact is the promise of a better tomorrow. A nonprofit international development organization founded in 1971, Pact works on the ground in nearly 40 countries to improve the lives of those who are challenged by poverty and marginalization. We serve these communities because we envision a world where everyone owns their future. To do this, we build systemic solutions in partnership with local organizations, businesses, and governments that create sustainable and resilient communities where those we serve are heard, capable, and vibrant.
Pact is implementing the 5-year Women Entrepreneurs Act project (WE Act) funded by USAID. This project focuses on supporting young women and youth in urban areas to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to succeed as entrepreneurs. WE Act’s activities are primarily implemented through partnerships with more than 30 different Cambodian organizations. Pact supports these partner organizations to increase their internal organizational capacities, based on their own identified operational and technical needs.
WE Act is now seeking a Consulting firm for a Study on the implication of the sub-decree of the One-National Internet Gateway on the Cambodian economy.
