Focus :
Pilot online chatbot platform (integrated into Facebook Messenger) to enable youth, and especially YWEs, to raise issues and get real time information around demand-driven topics.
Key Activities :
- Design and test a chatbot that is integrated into the Facebook Messenger platform, as an automated mechanism for receiving and communicating targeted information to youth and young entrepreneurs.
