Mr. Khunny Kheng, currently is Pact Director of Finance & Operations, possesses over 24 years of professional working experiences in the management of finance and accounting, grants and contracts, and Human Resources and Administration with international organizations. With a solid academic grounding in general management (MBA), accounting and finance, and practical experiences.
Khunny experienced in managing the annual budget up to $5 million and currently manages Pact Cambodia’s portfolio, which consists of funding from multiple donors including Sida, USAID, DANIDA, WB, UNDP, CHEVRON.
